Background: One of the most important hospital management in provision health services as a whole is drug management. Remember position drugs for hospitals; their must be carried out effectively and efficiently because if they do not, can have negative impact on hospitals, both medically, socially economically. Drug crucial cycle to determine stocks that suit needs with guaranteed quality obtained when needed. by controlling expired drugs. Medicines passed expiry date dangerous reduce stability cause toxic effects. Objective: This study aims describe terms profiles factors influence number "X" Hospital.
